This maintenance kit is complete with o-rings, bushings, bearings, seals of displacers and everything else that is required for complete maintenance of the Helium side.

During maintenance of a cryopump, it is advisable to replace any component subject to wear or which tends to reduce or compromise its functionality due to aging. Based on this guideline, we offer our customers only complete kits for maintenance excluding the possibility of performing reduced interventions.
